Organizing Assistant
The Role
As an Organizing Assistant, you’ll work alongside our lead organizers to transform homes from cluttered to calm. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where no two days look the same. You’ll help execute customized organizing systems, support move-ins and move-outs, and deliver a high-end experience our clients rave about.
This role is perfect for someone who:

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with residential organizing projects (kitchens, pantries, closets, garages, offices, and more)
- Helping sort, declutter, and categorize client belongings
- Installing organizing systems and maintaining visual consistency
- Supporting packing and unpacking for moves
- Interacting professionally and warmly with clients in their homes
- Working efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in
- Ability to follow direction while also working independently
- Physically able to lift bins, stand for long periods, and move throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Comfortable working in clients’ homes and respecting privacy
Previous organizing experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
